Catacombs on your Phones (v1.1.0 + Android support)

Hey remember that game I released 4 months ago? I spent the past couple of days hacking at it again, and now it has Android support and proper touch controls.
There's also better text rendering at high UI scales (using SDF fonts, so it's not perfect if you look too closely, but it's better.) Oh, and a couple typo fixes, whoops. There isn't any new content, but at least you can play it on the loo now!
An iOS release is possible; I'll look into it in the new year. It's unlikely I'll release this on the Google Play Store since they have fairly strong requirements that are annoying to deal with, but Apple seems looser (well, you have to pay £80 a year, but I already pay that for the Mac builds...) The Android build is just an .apk file that you can download from the itch page and install.

- Added support for mobile platforms and touch input.
- Touch input is mobile-only by default, but it is possible to use touch input on desktop via editing the config file and enabling enableTouchInputOnDesktop. (This is mostly for testing.)
- At high UI scale or display DPIs, text rendering is much more clear (but still not great if you look closely...)
- The "Lore" menu is now known as "Notes".
- Fixed some typos.
